One thanks to my beloved one

Hai readers today I am telling you the new story, the hero of my story is, Name Mr. Ramchandra, 47 year old. He has studied till PUC. Currently he is working as a news paper delivery man as part time job. Let me first tell you how do a news paper delivery works?

Today we can see there are more than hundred newspaper publication which comes in different types of language and it also differ in time like evening paper and  some additional paper comes during weekends e.t.c. This newspaper head will be connected with many agencies & they work for remuneration under newspaper factory. This agency will set up one office in particular place and take the contract from local people from particular area by saying them that they will delive the newspaper in the early morning with some XXX amount. This agency will hire the local people who know the particular place properly for door to door paper delivery service. They don’t conduct any interview and all. They see the background of people and take some advance from them and with trust; agency will provide them a job. One who wish to work as a paper delivery boy they can go and work as part time.

Since from past 26 year Ramchandra also working as a paper delivery man. He did PUC with a background of science. His favorite subject was physics. Thus he was wishing to open an electrical shop. After his PUC he works under an electrician for applying theoretical knowledge in practice. His area of interest is to serve the society. So he had joined many social service groups. At that time he along with his friend (owner of electrical shop) joins for election camp and to serve people. But after joining the camp he saw a very disaster in his life. The camp people were giving them a work for not serving the people instead of that they were asked to deliver the free Television, Fan to people live in slum and in return they were asking their votes. This was their strategy for winning the election.
By looking at this he was shock and he left that campaign.  He gone to correct it but people were use to this corruption. After a few months he left the job. He thinks to dedicate his life to serve the society but he faces the problem of money.

Then he started to work under cable operator and also joins to part time job i.e.  Delivering the paper. He says that this part time job helps him to see the problem of people so closely and to help them.

Sir the thought you think “Janatha Seve” really a great job. Even though you are facing the financial problem you come forward to help the society without expecting any return, really an appreciable job.
At last Sir I would like to thank you for taking the initiative of serving society. We youth have learned a lot of lesson from your life.

Dose MY Next Generation Can See The Real Tiger!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiger is our national animal. It belongs to a cat family. They have black, brown or gray stripes all over the body. Amber deer, water buffalo, wild pigs are their main food. They also hunt dogs, sloth bear, crocodiles as well as monkeys.

Tigers are very active at night. They kill the animals with the bit to the neck. They are also very good swimmers. Now a day in India the total number of tigers is decreasing day by day, the reasons are deforestation; their skins are used for profit making process which is against rule of our nature.

There are several acts and measures taken by the government to protect tigers like National Tiger conservation Authority and The Wild Life (protection act, 1972)

NGO participation should be enhanced more for the conservation of the tiger.

The picture that i clicked is in  lion safari located in Shimoga. there are currently 11 tiger in safari. Recently a new tiger gave birth by the tiger name Sheetha.
this was a very good news to the society.

My Photography related to nature

1)

The small animal in the picture is ANT, it look small but teaches us a lot.
I learnt a big lesson from ants that is "Never give up attitude", for example once i kept my finger in front of ants way, its does not care and not stop for a second also. It just took the right turn and started to move again.
I dint stop, i again block it way and ants did the same thing. Thus from that action of ant i learn never give up in any tough situation. we should not look for the result. Every person must have the attitude of moving and looking forward.
Thus this attitude really helps me to face the very difficult situation in my life.

The above flower in the image is Marigold. I clicked this picture from my garden in home. I love gardening. In my garden there are many plants related to flowers, herbs, vegetables, fruits, show flower & bonsai.

This above picture i clicked soon after the rain. The weather was very cool with mild sun rays in the evening. I used  the focus length of 13 megapixel from my mobile camera that is micro-max phone.

I set the the zoom in setting in such a way that i would get a clear water droplets on the flower with a soft focus only on the flower. i would like to explain in a simple manner that you can see all the water droplets on the flower and flower is focused clearly with background blur as i think in my mind.

This was the picture that i clicked in Lion Safari which is located in Shimoga.
It was the cage of peacock, as you can see in the image that cage is not small. The facility for animals as they been in the forest is more. This peacock cage is the best example.

Peacocks has a long wonderful neck. Its long plumes have moon-like spots. They are blended with green, blue, yellow and brilliant hues. It has long legs and a crown. Its neck is brilliant dim blue. It is extremely elegant. It moves in stormy season. At the point when the peacock spreads its tail, the tail resembles a major bright fan.

Father was a business man. His business was selling puffed rice. The father had a dream that is to give a good education to his only son and he has to work in office. He does not want his son to come in his way of life.

Prakash. M. N. was not good at studies. He failed in 10th standard board examination once. During his second attempt he decided to continue his life by helping his father in business. The father refused and he started doing some work for money such as selling news paper, distributing milk. Looking at his like towards the business mind, father took him to his business. At last I would like to thank Mr. Praskash, for sharing your information with me. I am very happy and it was a lesson to my life. I am a girl who always tries to learn from everyone. Sir you really teach me a lesson. I learn how to see the things in life, even though you are financially not good you try to do something unique with what you have. Your father was a puffed rice seller and you with a less education also you coup up with new idea putting a business of chat shop along with puffed rice seller and you dint think as your father job as small job to do. You take that positively, took responsibility and challenge your future life. This sports man sprite really inspired me sir.
One thanks to my beloved one

Hey today it’s a great opportunity for me to thank some special friends who filled my day with full of joy.

I am talking about “Sri Sharada Devi Andhara Vikasa Kendra” it’s a school for blind children in Shimoga. It’s a Non Governmental Organization. It was founded in the year 1986 under the inspiration and encouragement of swami Vivekananda of the Shri Rama Krishna Mission. It is located in Paramahamsanagara Anupinakatte road, Gopala.

This school was started with one child and currently it is consisting of 110 students. Education is given from pre-nursery to S.S.L.C in English medium. The students are belong to poor families, the institute also provide food, clothing, lodging, education and medical facility at free of cost.

This school not only promotes the education along with that it teaches the children about the different form of culture, sports activities and encourages them to participate in state and national level competition.

The above picture was clicked on 31-7-2012; it was my young friend Shreya’s birthday. She belongs to USA who came to India for summer vacation. It was her birthdays were we celebrated in this school. This was the second time that she was celebrating her birthday there.

We spent a whole day in school. One of the surprising thing is those children remember us. God has blessed them with a unique quality of identifying the people. Whoever wishes to spend their time with those children, the institution will give permission to meet them. As we have been visited there before last year they had remarked Shreya’s birthday in their book. When we meet them in they wished Sherya with a warm birthday song. After that we had a great time with them. We sit along with them in their class. We had noon food with them and evening after class we played cricket.

Thus I would like to thank institution for allowing me to spend time with these children. And a very very thanks to my friends who are studying in that school for making  filling my day with full of joy and happiness.
Answer to the question, who has to  Motivation oneself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The term motivation is gotten from the Latin word "emover" which infers 'to move'. Motivation gives answer to certain fundamental inquiries, for example, why and how individuals work and what decides the course of their activities?

Motivation is an inside or outside procedure. It is good to be self motivated than depending on other because motivation is that inner spirit that has to come in one self. Whenever people are in problem they need the support of others to share their feeling and get suggestion but the thing is outsider can give their view, some example and console you and not the real motivation that is needed for life.

There is a saying that Get in to the shoe of others, when we consider this saying to our topic we can say that motivation should be maintain for long time it should not be like a spirit soda I mean sprite of soda, will go with in a minute. One should motivate other that should remain till his/her death. This is what I believe. Thus I can say that the one person who listen to our problem has to motivate in such a way that it should be for life time.

This is my own example that I am coating here that happen in my life. It was during 2009, I and my mother were moving in train to meet my father who was working then in Hassan. Train was full rush. One Muslim family gets into our compartment. They were shouting on children very rudely to leave place for them, they were giving the reason that among them two girls are pregnant. Thus two children vacate their place but among those Muslim family two elders i.e. one pregnant women and another women who was not pregnant sat on seat. When she came to me I dint gave the seat, I argued for why that another aunt sitting there and why can’t you go and sit there. She shouted on me with very slag words and put curse on me like you don’t get pregnant and all. I feel very bad & I vacate my place. After that my mother scolds me for arguing with those people and said it was my mistake. But my mind was not ready to accept this.

At that time one brother called me who was sitting near to my mother, in that time I was crying a lot. He said only one sentence that makes me motivated and teaches me how to face the situation that is “That aunt who scold you knows you only from past one hour and you know about yourself from past fourteen years”. It was an eye opening lesson for all who listen to him.

From that time to present and to till my death I don’t mind for the people who don’t understand a simple common sense and talk meaningless. I don’t like the people who do wrong action and make high dram in public. It was very small Rini who cried for wrong thing but this Rini doesn’t cry anymore, doesn’t give up  and take a right action to make them correct. This my nature help me to prove as right in many situation and taught me a lesson how to deal with the people and how to handle the situation and mainly how to convey our taught to them i mean if i saw any wrong before i was simply arguing with them without having a patience but now by understanding myself better i am able to make understand to people were are going wrong.
     On today’s education

Exams….Results…..Marks….competition…..these are the words taught to a child as soon as it enters its nursery classes. There is a quote that child has to burn the candle at both ends to be the best in everything. CAN ALL CHILDREN BE ALL-ROUNDER? This is the question to be answer here.

As soon as the child enters the first grade, he/she has the burden of getting a good rank to please the parents for what they wish to do or to have. IS IT A RIGHT WAY OF GROWING UP A CHILD? Study something rather everything, write your exam get a good rank then forget about it, seems to be the basic principle of education today. WHAT HAPPENED TO EDUCATION THAT ONCE MEANT SEEK KNOWLEDGE AND UTILIZE IT WELL?

Competition which was once a source of inspiration to achieve something has now become a mere word. Healthy competition has lost its meaning. Each one tries to pull the other down in their struggles to reach the top. Education which was once grounding for moral values has become a playground for malpractices. For this we can see the best example of second PUC chemistry board exam paper. It has been out for two times…WHY THIS IS HAPPENING? WHY SOMEONE IS LEAKING THE PAPER? WHY THE PARENTS ARE ALLOWING THEIR CHILDREN TO BUY THE PAPERS?

More than children themselves it is the parents who are competitive. Mr. X’s son has scored 90% and you have scored 85%. Why don’t you work harder??? Are the questions that shatter the confidence of any brilliant child. Exams which were once meant to test the individual’s capacities but capabilities have now started governing their lives. Children are forced to study for long hours. The habits of relaxation by playing and participating in other activities are now totally lost because there is exams….results….competition…….!!!!

I am telling you the secret of my happiness. Let me tell my own secret first and explain you what the topic is about. My parents have two daughters that are my sister Rani and I Rini We know very well that girls are restricted in home. Every parent wants their daughter to be safe. As I was the second daughter most of my relative said “Again a Girl” to my parents. But my parents’ wished a girl child and here I am.

To answer those people who said I am girl again, my mother bought up me more like a SON. Since i am child itself she allows me to do whatever right I wish to do. My parents never allow me to regret, for what I love to do. I am very happy in my life, for me the only one way to be happy is ALWAYS   DO WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO. If we run behind happiness it will run far away from us. So it’s better to do the things what we are willing to do and to be happy with what we are having.

Happiness is not born along with us. It’s all depending on the people that what they are doing in their life. Whenever a two option comes to you, choose the one which you love to do. When we do what we wish, automatically our life will be filled with happiness.

According to Indian wisdom everybody is talented in a particular field. Once you identify the area of strength and natural skill that has god presented to a person, it is easier to put him/her in the right place. Thus by our best choice of doing what we love to do it also benefited to company to put the right person in the right place and thus person will find joy in his/her work.

It’s written in Bhagavad Gita that all human being on earth has got the life to do some Karma (work). Now it’s left to us how we deal with our life. The first word of the Bhagavad Gita is “Dharma” and the last word is “Mama”. Hence the essence of Bhagavad Gita is Mama Dharma, i.e. “My duty”. Gita helps us to value from Paradhrma Swadharma Swaroopa Dharma.
Thus i would like to conclude that

“You were created as an Original Don’t die as a duplicate”
        Cooking is my passion

Today I am telling you about my passion towards cooking. Let me first tell you the history of cooking the starting points of cooking are dark. Primitive people may first have relished broil meat by chance. When the flesh of a beast killed in a forest fire was found to be more palatable and easier to chew and digest than the customary raw meat.

I love cooking food to my family and friends. Whenever I get a free time in home I spent it in kitchen. I love experimenting on food. I don’t cook to impress other, I cook for myself. I usually eat lot when I am in stress or sad, this crazy habit helps me to develop passion towards cooking.I know basic of cooking that what has to be added, taste, quantity but I don’t have knowledge about ingredients nutrition level.

The food in the above picture is Chicken Pulav with the combination of cashew-creamy chicken curry. This was the first non veg food that i cooked in my home in the absence of my mother. My dad and sister appreciate me a lot. and the taste of this has come up very well.

The way my mother cooks in kitchen that really impresses me. Till now I have not spoiled a single food. I learnt under the guidance of my mother but the twist is I don’t use those ingredients that my mother suggests me.

I think creatively and develop the recipes in mind and give twist while cooking and this brings a difference in my mother hand taste to my cooking. I never ask my family and friends to taste my food, I give importance more while doing plating and I do it interestingly. This makes them to taste my food. It gives me energy when they come forward to taste it. Even my food is not liked by some people I will be happy enough that they come forward to taste my food by my unique style of plating.

Thus I can say that plating is the one thing that drags the attention of the people, I mean it’s like an icing on the cake.

Annual Review

Hai every one!!!!

This is the time to share with you about my journey in 2015, what we called it as Annual Review.

In the beginning of the year I have planned some goals, resolution, work, responsibility, area for improvement, & action to be followed in 2015 comparing with 2014. My main concentration was on studies as I was in final year of B.com.

I was decided my goal to have a university rank. I worked for it, but due to the lack of my hard work i missed it. Yet I am happy with my work.

My resolution was to BE HAPPY & SMILE SPREADING. I was taught many lesson by many friends in 2014, thus I decided that Not To Be The Part Of Any Group, mingle with all in their happiness and sadness. I work on it and I was happy by doing this.

I was decided to do master and I took a responsibility to get into it through government seat instead of management seat. Thus I work on the area to clear PG CET, an entrance exam for Master for a good ranking.

Now I am doing MBA in Nitte & am very happy with all my work.
